1. We are pretty close to Savannah & Tybee Island
2. There are over 30 ponds near base to go fishing- it's an outdoorsmens' paradise here
3. It was summer weather by the end of February.
4. If you like ass and tits you'll see plenty here since most of the women like to wear close to nothing [yea that means the big girls too lol]
5. Most houses here look the same- they all tend to have the same type of design. it's kind of weird but neat
